Please see attached Invitation to bid (ITB) for the above project located in Lancaster PA. The link in the pdf will take you to all of the contract documents. In the specifications you will find the bid form starting on page 18 of 283 listing the quantities of work at each location.

If you intend to bid multiple items, please ensure they are broken out the way that the bid form is drawn up. For instance, if you intend on bidding the full depth slab repairs and partial depth slab repairs at the Park-N-Transit Parking Garage, please have separate numbers for each item.

I have also attached an intent to bid form. If you could please fill that out whether you intend to bid or not, I would greatly appreciate it. If you fill out the form, it will help us update our system as to who would like to stay on the bidding list for future projects and who would not.
