PROJECT SCOPE
The objective of the request for proposals is to seek a professional consultant to assist the City of Harrisburg (the City), Department of Building and Housing Development (DBHD) with administering the City’s Homeowner Rehabilitation Program (the Program). Funding for the Program will be through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
