1. Is your business a DBE certified by PAUCP?

Firms that are currently certified DBEs with the Pennsylvania Unified Certification Program (PAUCP) are eligible for DBE Supportive Services.

A Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) is a for-profit small business that is at least 51% owned by one or more individuals who are both socially and economically disadvantaged, or in the case of corporation, in which 51% of the stock is owned by one or more such individuals and whose management and daily business operations are controlled by one or more of the socially and economically disadvantages individuals who own it.

This system is designed to promote diversity equity and inclusion (DEI) specifically with regards to publicly funded jobs and projects by helping diverse individuals and business owners Educate, Network, & Get Work.

ProRank Academy is also where virtual supportive services are delivered for certified DBEs. In order for your firm to receive supportive services virtually, network with other registered Project Owner, Prime & DBE users, access opportunities, take self-paced courses, someone from your firm must be registered in ProRank Academy.
