4TH & DAUPHIN PARK RENOVATION PROJECT
HARRISBURG,PA

NOTICE
Capital Region Water is now accepting bids for the 4th & Dauphin Park Renovation Project.

Capital Region Water is partnering with the City of Harrisburg and the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources to renovate a city playground with the design to capture and manage stormwater from the surrounding area. This is the fifth and final park in collaborative projects between the parties

The Work shall include, but is not limited to furnishing all labor, materials and equipment necessary for specified clearing, excavation, demolition, rough and finish grading; construction of site amenities and facilities including concrete sidewalks, pervious asphalt basketball court, ADA parking stalls; coordination with playground manufacturer and installer of the specified playground equipment; installation of raingardens, drainage structures, catch basins, storm sewer pipes, BMP’s and E&S controls; topsoil placement and seeding for lawns and site restoration; signage; plantings; and other work associated with improvements at 4th & Dauphin Park.

Capital Region Water has adopted the Minority, Women and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Plan to ensure that minority, women and other disadvantaged business enterprises have an equal opportunity to receive and participate in all project related construction contracts.Attendance at the pre-bid conference is strongly recommended but is not mandatory.

The online webinar pre-bid meeting will be held at 1:00 pm EST on Thursday, June 4, 2020.  Details and a link to the meeting will be provided on PennBid.
