PUBLIC NOTICE:  LCTA DBE Goal Methodology Consultative Outreach Webinar – August 25, 2020

The Luzerne County Transportation Authority (“the LCTA”) is the recipient of Federal Transit Administration (DOT/FTA) funding.

In order to receive FTA funding, the LCTA has in place a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program in accordance with 49 CFR Part 26.

The LCTA is conducting a virtual and interactive public consultation webinar to provide an opportunity for DBE and non-DBE stakeholders to learn about the LCTA’s

methodology for establishing DBE goal(s) on DOT/FTA funded projects for the triennial period starting on 10/1/2020 and concluding 9/30/2023 (FFY 2021-2023).

Additionally, attendees will learn about the supportive services available for DBEs and other firms looking to do business with the LCTA.
