This course is designed to provide the Assistant Construction Engineer (ACE) with the skills to better manage projects and project-related issues. The course will teach the ACE how to build a strong project team by coaching and developing new ACE’s faster, more efficiently, and consistently. The ACE will learn how to identify and arbitrate issues, and then guide subordinates accordingly, as well as acquire the knowledge necessary to instruct project staff in order to facilitate administrative tasks. This course incorporates information from the ACE Manual (Publication 593); it does not provide instructional lessons on how to use the ACE Manual. |
