This course explores basic construction management activities, related accountabilities, and supporting documentation and information. It defines the role and responsibilities of the Inspector-In-Charge (and of the ACE/M) and presents the responsibilities by construction phase. The course provides strategies and resources to manage construction activities effectively during the preconstruction, construction, and post-construction phases. This course incorporates information from the IIC Reference Guide (PUB 75). |
