PennDOT BPR Training: Basic Construction Management – Last Day
This course explores basic construction management activities, related accountabilities, and supporting documentation and information. It defines the role and responsibilities of an Assistant Construction Engineer and presents the responsibilities by construction phase. Finally, the course provides strategies and resources to manage construction activities effectively during the preconstruction, construction, and post-construction phases.
