The Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh (the “URA”) is requesting proposals from re-developers and/or redevelopment teams for the purchase and redevelopment of the former Fairywood School site in the Fairywood neighborhood of the City of Pittsburgh. The goal of this RFP is to develop new construction affordable senior housing.
